Customer acknowledges that My Direct Store, Inc website contains confidential and proprietary information. MDS owns rights to data contained herein, including without limitations. Customer might use MDS prices and data contained herein solely for their own internal purposes unless expressly authorized in writing by MDS. Customer shall not use information for any other purposes; copy, lease, license, sell or otherwise communicate, distribute or display to third party in any form or medium all or any part of MDS.
